In partnership with UC Cooperative Extension, San Benito Agricultural Land Trust, and other partners we are updating the Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) for San Benito County. The CWPP will serve as a roadmap for prioritizing hazardous fuels reduction and other fire prevention activities to improve community resilience to wildfires.  We want to hear from you in order to understand how we can better plan and prepare for wildfires in your part of the County.  This program is funded by a grant from the Coastal Conservancy.

Thank you to all those who attended the Community Meetings in San Juan Bautista, Tres Pinos, and Paicines this summer!  Meeting agendas, photos, notes, and slide presentations are posted here.
